Hello, my name is Rulondo T. Anderson Sr. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in the state of North Carolina (License # S9371). I have over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health and counseling. I am the founder and Executive Director of Anderson Counseling and Consulting Group. I provide outpatient therapy services including comprehensive clinical assessments, individual therapy, and family therapy.
I would very much enjoy the opportunity to meet you and share about my passion for clinical supervision as well as hear all about your supervision needs. We can accomplish this during a free consultation in my office. The benefit of this hour is to exchange information determining a good fit with the understanding that neither of us is under obligation at that time to commit to entering a supervisory relationship.

My name is Stacey Anderson and I am an LCSW with over 20 years of experience in the field of social work. Half of my experience has been in the Mecklenburg County area making me very knowledgeable about local resources and North Carolina mental health programs. I’ve provided direct care as well as every level of management from Team Lead to Vice President. My experience as an adjunct professor at the UNCC School of Social Work and provider of clinical supervision are a couple ways that I continue to serve our wonderful profession. Currently, I am the co-owner along with my husband, Rulondo T. Anderson Sr. LCMHC-S, of Anderson Counseling and Consulting Group.
I offer a free consultation to any LCSWA interested in supervision. Why do I do this? For several reasons: you may just need to talk to a social worker who has been where you’re at and need help understanding the forms, interfacing with the board, finding the ‘right’ job to obtain hours etc. But I mostly do this because choosing a clinical supervisor is a very important decision and I believe in order for you to get the most out of your supervision experience, the relationship must be a good fit. The consultation provides you with an opportunity to hear about my approach, my expectations and of course my practice and supervision experience as well as fees. I also want to hear about what you are looking for from supervision. It is not my goal to ‘sell’ myself to you. We will both know if it’s a good fit. And if it’s not, I’m happy to refer you to other wonderful clinical supervisors.
After all, you have worked VERY hard to get to this point and your supervisor is the person who is going to help you seal the deal!
